Covid-19 Statement

The worldwide pandemic has affected many areas of business, operations and sales across many industries, and so is the creative industry.

Depending on the location, area or design discipline and other parameters, the design industry has experienced a transformation of its own. Ianiverse’s safety policy includes the measures we are actively taking to mitigate the spread of coronavirus. You are kindly requested to follow all these rules diligently, to sustain a health and safety assurance in this unique environment. It’s important that we all respond responsibly and transparently to these health precautions.

Meetings & Appointments

Giving higher priority to flexibility and time management.

Meetings at Ianiverse are mostly hosted in established locations or at the client’s office or appointed location. With the current safety precautions, meetings if necessarily required to be held in person will only be held on:

  1. Locations with established and concrete safety protocols in place.
  2. Spaces that are not crowded, with plenty of airflow and proper sanitation protocols in place.

Otherwise, we strongly suggest conducting regular meetings digitally through available mediums such as Phone Calls, Video Calls etc.

Project Presentations

More power to the digital editions.

Presentations are a great way of presenting all the magic leading to realizing your project. They offer great insight into the possibilities and highlight the progress reached. Similarly, with the current safety precautions, all presentations if necessarily required to be done in person will only be held on:

  1. Locations with established and concrete safety protocols in place.
  2. Spaces that are not crowded, with plenty of airflow and proper sanitation protocols in place.

Otherwise, we will continue to send presentations digitally over email or conduct visual ones through available mediums such as Video Presentation Calls etc.

Please note that all digital presentations, especially the Initial ones, are treated as highly confidential documents and their contents are still wholly owned by the studio. Please view and read the confidentiality clause present on the 2nd page of your presentation document.

Session Safety Practices

Do your part, on location meetings.

  • All participants (client & Ianiverse personnel) must wash or sanitize their hands before entering the venue and at the end of the session.
  • Any electronics or items to be used during the meeting must also be sanitized before entering the venue and at the end of the session.
  • Proper distancing must be observed.
  • Masks are required to be worn throughout the session.
  • Observe common safety practices such as coughing or sneezing into your elbow etc. Please see ‘General Practices’ below.

General Practices

Do your part, in the community.

  • Wash your hands after using the toilet, before eating, and if you cough/sneeze into your hands (follow the 20-second hand-washing rule). You can also call a hand sanitiser to use whenever access to soap and water is limited.
  • Cough/sneeze into your sleeve, preferably into your elbow. If you use a tissue, discard it properly and clean/sanitize your hands immediately.
  • Open the windows regularly to ensure open ventilation.
  • Avoid touching your face, particularly your eyes, nose, and mouth with your hands to prevent getting infected.
  • If you find yourself coughing/sneezing on a regular basis, avoid close physical contact with people around you and take extra precautionary measures.
